Refund Policy

Our commitment to your satisfaction.

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

At Poynor Auto, we stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with the quality of our service, we want to know about it. Our goal is to make it right—whether that means correcting an issue, providing a partial credit, or finding another solution that works for you.

2. Parts Warranty

All parts installed by Poynor Auto are covered by our 12-month/12,000-mile warranty. If a part fails within this period due to defects in materials or workmanship, we will replace it at no charge for parts or labor.

Manufacturer warranties on parts (which may extend beyond our warranty period) are passed through to you.

3. Labor Warranty

Our labor is guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first. If an issue arises from our workmanship during this period, we will correct it at no charge.

4. Parts Returns

Parts that have been installed cannot be returned for refund. However, if we installed a defective part, we will replace it immediately under our warranty policy.

Unopened parts in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus any restocking fees.

5. Service Cancellation

If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a diagnostic fee if we have already allocated time and resources to your vehicle.

6. Diagnostic Fees

Diagnostic fees are non-refundable once the diagnostic work has been performed. However, if we diagnose an issue and you choose to have the repair done at Poynor Auto, the diagnostic fee will be credited toward your repair cost.

7. Refund Process

If a refund is approved (such as for warranty claims or cancelled prepaid services), refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

8. What This Policy Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
  • Damage caused by other repair facilities
  • Normal wear items such as tires, wiper blades, and filters
  • Issues arising from failure to perform recommended maintenance

9. How to File a Claim

If you experience an issue covered by our warranty, please contact us immediately:
